Shipping and Returns
Fast and Secure Delivery:
For orders that are being delivered throughout the UK and Germany, these orders take 1-5 working days and cost just £5.00.
For orders being delivered to the rest of Europe, this is 5-10 working days and also costs just £5.00 (~€6.00)
Standard worldwide shipping is only £9.00 (~$12.50) and typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumple proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges & Returns:
Should you not be satisfied with you purchase then please contact us at returns@jemwestgate.com. We are happy to offer a refund on faulty or damaged prints. If you are not happy with your print for some other reason please contact us at info@jemwestgate.com we can offer exchange or credit.
